Revalidation and CPD of Incident Command 

 A K Lamb Associates delivery team visited Oxfordshire Fire for the latest day of a SFJ Awards – Effective Command – ICL3 Revalidation Day. Two delegates were exposed to challenging scenarios set in the Oxfordshire FRS area. Support was provided by OFRS Command Support Team, a Command Support Officer and functional ICL2 officers. Our assessor used the Effective Command Behavioural Marking Framework at ICL3 providing a basis for constructive feedback to the delegate.

Tyne and Wear Fire commissioned one of KLA’s, in partnership with Joe Hassell Command, a Strategic Command Refresher and Decision-Making Exercise Day for the SLT. Well attended, all the attendees got a massive amount from the day expertly facilitated by Joe.
