Effective Command.com - Massive Redesign
Katherine Lamb is excited to announce that the newly redesigned Effective Command website is now live. Months in the making, the site has undergone a major review to accommodate the restructuring required to recognise additional work streams coming on-line soon. Users will now be able to select Fire, Police, Ambulance and Cooperating Organisations from the landing page. Each ‘tile’ will take you into a purpose-built area specifically for that sector. Users from FIRE will be able to further select from FIRE, FIRE AIRPORTS and FIRE CONTROL. Each area will explain all about the various products we deliver.
Meanwhile Incident Command Training continues at pace, Jersey Fire and Rescue Service are the latest to commission K Lamb Associates to deliver a SFJ Awards Level 6 Award in Advanced Incident Command. The delivery team spent 5-days with JFRS engaging with the delegates through input and practical assessments aligned to their service risks. As always, a massive thanks to JFRS in hosting and providing the necessary Command Support functions to make the experience for the delegates truly immersive and realistic.
Northamptonshire Fire hosted the latest 2-day workshop as part of the SFJ Awards Level 7 Award in Strategic Incident Command. As well as the delegate from NFRS, we were joined by delegates from Nottinghamshire Fire and Humberside Fire. A fascinating couple of days with shared experiences and excellent presentations and professional discussions. The knowledge in the room was immense each delegate adding to the richness of the experience. Next up for them the SCG Practical Day with the superb Staffordshire CCU.
