Cambridgeshire Fire booked one of K Lamb Associates Command Support Unit courses, this time designed for Command Support Officers. The 2-day course is packed with knowledge and understanding of the role all consolidated by immersive practical exercises.

Greater Manchester Fire engaged KLA to deliver another SFJ Awards Level 4 Award (ICL2) in Intermediate Incident Command in line with our contract agreement with them. Along with the knowledge session, each delegate is exposed to 12 individual scenarios aligned to their risk profile.

In Hampshire Fire a KLA delivery team spent 3-days facilitating several challenging and complex scenarios. The delegates, all receiving their revalidation of incident command assessments, had feedback generated by competent assessors from the use of the excellent Effective Command Behavioural Marking Tool.

In Derbyshire Fire KLA delivered the latest in a series of SFJ Awards Level 3 (ICL1) in Initial Incident Command. Delivered remotely, our team consisting of a course director, XVR Simulation operator and assessor facilitated 4 more delegates through their revalidation assessments.
West Midlands Fire commissioned another SFJ Awards Level 6 Award in Advanced Incident Command. Four delegates experienced a week of challenging discussion topics and complex scenarios all designed to take delegates out of their comfort zone.
Finally, we facilitated yet another 1-day SCG Practical Exercise, part of the overall SFJ Awards Level 7 Award in Strategic Incident Command. Delegates from Lincolnshire Fire and Hertfordshire Fire experienced an immersive experience surrounded by credible authentic role players courtesy of Staffordshire Civil Contingencies Unit (CCU).
