In Estonia a bespoke EC template has been used for the very first time in the assessment of the country’s Police Field Commanders using XVR simulation. This is a massive achievement in the progressive development and wider use of the EC Behavioural Marking Tool. The initial feedback has been amazing, we are still in the process of collating the numerous responses. 

This is the first of several Police Departments worldwide exploring the assessment of command competence using the established and academically proven Effective Command toolkit.
